A Tabitha sized chair

Look what the pastor in my church made for me - a comfy seat just my size!
I'm in love!

Tummy Time

Noting like a lovely warm plate of soup on a cold day! What's remarkable about this picture is that it proves I ate vegetables! Mummy made some carrot soup and it was so yummy I didn't realise until afterwards that she had tricked me into eating healthy food!
Even in the cold I am in preparation for Nonie and Papi's visit later this week. Papi loves ice-cream so I had my first bowl all to myself. Until now I've always found it to be too cold!
When we went to get my medicine mummy bought me a concha - my favorite. I instantly felt much better!
My love for conchas is well known - my friends at church buy me one almost every Saturday!

It's so cold!

Perhaps I'm allergic to the cold! I'm glad I have this jacket - I've been wearing it lots this week - even over my pyjamas! Nappy (diaper) changes have not been pleasant this week - it's too cold!

All spotty

When I woke up on Monday morning I had two spots on my face. By nap time this is what I looked like!
Fortunately it was just an allergic reaction to something. Unfortunately we don't know what too. I went to the doctor with mummy and I've been taking medicine to make me better. It seems to work really well. You may remember that the same thing happened to me back in May.

Here you have it!

So apparently I am a perfect mix of mum and dad!

Pretty pretty

Watching a little Hillsong Kids while waiting for mummy and daddy to get ready for church.
Yay! Let's go see all my friends!

At the park

We have been watching with interest as a new play frame went up in one of our favourite parks. Now that it's finished we decided to go check it out.
It was great fun. I almost forgot mummy and daddy were there as I got lost in the tunnels...
...and played on the slides.
Then we went over to the older part so I could go on the swings.
Weeeeee!

Eating again

This week Frank and José have been over to our house a few times. They're great fun and one morning they came over (before I got up!) with lots of lovely fresh bread. The best thing about this donut was the chocolate on the top!

A trick

It's always fun to play with water. This time we only played with things that sink. Afterwards my nails were lovely and clean. I think it might have been one of mummy's tricks but we had fun in the process so that's ok.

Pat a cake

Look - all you need to make a gorgeous cake is eggs, water, oil and a packet of brownie mix!
You mix it all together...stick it in the oven...and...
Ta da! Who will help me eat this cake?
It's even better when it doesn't all come out of the pan together because then you get to eat lots! I think Daddy was very impressed with me that night!

Busy in the house

Recently our house has been an extremely popular spot for fruit flies. So mummy and I bought a swat, some fly paper and some fly spray and mummy got lots of tips off the internet for getting rid of them. Even I am a dab hand at spotting a fly and getting rid of it! It looks like we might have won the battle!
Mummy and Daddy don't let me drink water from the tap. They say it will make my belly sore so we have to get special filtered water which comes in these big bottles. We put them in a special metal frame which makes it easier to pour the water into jugs. I love water which makes mum and dad happy 'cause it's cheap!
Now that rainy season is almost over we decided to put some seed out for the birds. It feels lovely between my fingers.
And then we put it in a special little housey thingy. I haven't seen any birds at it yet though - I guess the word hasn't got around yet.
This is Frank. He fixed our broken lamp...and I helped him!

A new cousin

This week I got a new cousin! I don't have a picture with him because he lives in Canada...and that's awfully far from here. His name is Ffham (Sam) and I think he's very cute. I saw him for a little while on Skype but hopefully I'll get to see him properly next May because we are going to go to Northern Ireland and Scotland in 2 big planes and he is going to come and see me!

Here he is with Uncle Richard (that's his daddy!)

A mathematical mind perhaps!

Sometimes I even surprise myself! A little mental stimulation before bed does wonders for a good nights sleep!

Thirsty business

Just look at teh size of this drink! Yummy pineapple juice.
Bring on round 2 - the Jamaica juice. It'll be good full nappies (diapers) tonight!

Washing the clothes

Mummy let me help her hand wash some clothes this week. Lovely soapy warm water with lots of bubbles...mmmm!

Painting again

We got the paint out again. It was great fun and I couldn't wait to get started.

Bubbles

I think I can do this myself. I just dip the wand into the bubble juice...
...and blow as hard as I can!

Forget the handbags!

It has been said that a girl can never have enough shoes and handbags. Certainly I love the shoes and this week I couldn't help myself from constantly putting on mummy's and daddy's and seeing how far I could get in them!
Getting them on the right feet is a litle tricky but there's plenty of room inside!
I'm going for a new trend - pyjamas and odd shoes!

Pretty Girl

All ready for church.
Just like the Mexicans I love marshmallows and here they have great big huge ones!

Snack

Rainy season is nearly over which means that it's lovely and sunny most days and I can enjoy snacks in the garden.

Footwear

I love trying to walk around in Mummy and Daddy's shoes. I found Daddy's boots and managed to get half way down the stairs with one on but then decided it was too heavy (and Mummy thought it was probably a little too dangerous!).

Hanging out with the boys

Christian , Joshie and Eepie came for tea this week. They all wanted to play the Star Wars game but I was happy just to watch.

40 winks

Cuddles with Daddy on the sofa.

Blue mouth

I've found out that I shouldn't eat the maraca - I got flakes of paint all over my mouth!

Reading

Have I ever mentioned how much I love books? My car seat was in the house one day so I had a nice comfy place to sit and read my books.
I like to look at each page and name all the things I see that I recognise. If I see something new I ask, "Dat?" (what's that?) until someone gives me an answer I'm happy with.
