Cheesy Grin

If I know you and you smile at me this is how I respond!

Happy Birthday Arantza

On Tuesday we went to Arantza's house. It was a special day for her. Look at the size of her cake!
A cuddle for the birthday girl
Then yesterday we went to her special party. Daddy put gel in my hair for the occasion.
Do you think I look Mexican?
I didn't quite get this game...but it was fun pretending like I did.
Then I spotted a microphone. Well you know me and microphones... gotta give them a song!
It wasn't quite Happy Birthday to you...
...but the cake was good!

Check out Las MaƱanitas. I'm looking for someone to teach me the tune!

Out and about

I know it's a train but where are the tracks
To think I was scared of the tunnel slides just a short while ago.
Now I go down them on my belly!
If you don't have a sippy...

Accessory Girl

It's been a while since I invented a different image idea so I thought I'd get to experimenting with accessories this week.

Day 3

We missed Amelia yesterday but she was back again today. First of all we went to mummy's MOPS meeting. Amelia got the snacks but for how long?
Oscar seems delighted that the boys have joined us for lunch
Colours game while Oscar is sleeping
Then when he wakes run up to his bed shouting, "HI OSCAR!" and run away laughing hysterically... over and over again.
Then Mr. Andrew/Daddy got home...

Amelia - day two

This is where you put Sudocrem. The great thing about it is that it's incredibly thick and can't be washed off with just a wet cloth...
One beautiful smiling princess/fairy
(with baby, trouserless but nevertheless a permanent fixture!)
Oh look, there's another one with a lovely shiner on her eye from the activities the evening before!
Painting outside where it's warmer... and more inspiring.
A complete meal packed into each nugget.
Praise baby - just the ticket for these three tired babies as we wait for our daddies to arrive.

Amelia

It IS going to be an exciting week. Amelia is coming to play every day. Not a minute was to be wasted today. We were playing before Amelia even got her coat off.
Amelia enjoyed filling the bird feeder as much as I do. I hope the birds don't mind eating their food off the ground as well!
Poor Mummy, it was hotter outside than she thought. Still, the three of us were comfortable...

The best book to read

A long way still to go but intriguing so far.

Doctor Tabitha

Not sure who looks sillier.
The headgear was my addition to the outfit (to make it more realistic).

Bike Park

Cruising around the bike park
I'm a natural. Very relaxed about this driving malarkey
Did anyone see my bike?
Hi Daddy!
I'm flying!

Standing?

Daddy tricked me - he gave me something to keep me occupied and then he let go of me! It was a few seconds before I realised what he had done and crumpled to the ground.
Once bitten, twice shy!

Making a mess

Yay, I love making a mess and especially when there are people to help me. It was a special treat to make tiny play doh balls for everyone to tramp into the kitchen floor!
Then they gave me jelly (or jello if you speak funny!) without a spoon so most of that went to be with the play doh
You don't even want to see the mess mummy and Miss Robin made in the kitchen but we all enjoyed the fruit of it!

In the neighbourhood

Maybe some day we'll have a mustang too Daddy. I bet the owner started out just like me!
Making a leaf angel
Making a leafy angel
Being out and about we attracted a crowd and they all ended up in our house
which was a lot of fun.
Mummy says that this is going to be an exciting week and that we will be posting at least a couple of times before the weekend. I wonder what that's all about...

This weeks vid

Here is some more interaction between the two younger Agnews. Notice who is in charge!
There is a tradition here in Mexico called the 'mordida'. After the birthday candles have been blown out the person celebrating takes a bite (mordida) out of their cake.
Inevitably someone is waiting behind to push their head right into the cake (and no one wants to eat that part of the cake!)

Mixing activites

I've learned that you shouldn't crawl on the grass after eating a gummy lolly.
I've also learned that mummy's smiles can have different meanings.
Apparently this one means...
'hurry up and take the picture before he sticks his hands in his mouth or covers me in filth!'

New friends

This week we have struck up a great friendship with our neighbours (we found their dog on the street and have been playing together since!). Today they came over to play.
It was exhausting!

Fun time

Oscar's car is a double decker!
Two on the slide together?
Perhaps four...but it looks like there's someone else coming behind us as well.
This chain event happened several times accompanied by lots of delighted screaming!
Shopping is so much more fun with friends... and snacks!

Long awaited toy

After months of sitting on top of the fridge I finally got to open my poo-poo toy this week because... well we won't go into the details but everyone seems happy and I have a great new toy!
