Dinner by candlelight

Can you see me? The electricity went off so I had a candlelit dinner. They say it could happen again from time to time. How romantic!

More friends

Today we went to meet the Millars. They live very far away from us so we met halfway. Maybe I'll see lots more of them if their mummy and daddy help my mummy and daddy in the drop-in centre. Miss Millar's baby was due today but it seems he didn't want to play with us yet!

Checking out our new house

We've got a huge fireplace which I think is a great place to playChecking some shelves out for size with JoshieThis is to be my bedroom. Daddy and Mr Christian have been painting it for me.

Party Day - It finally arrived!

Still a little shell shocked after being greeted by all the other missionaries for my first birthday party. Happy Birthday to me!
Even with a spoon it's fairly impossible to keep rice tidy!
Lots of cakes - one for everyone. I even got cards from Britain.
I'm not quite sure what they want me to do with that little flame - do I eat it?
OK - time for Minnie (NiNie as I say it) to give up her sweets!
Standing back to watch others have a go at the Piñata
Yay - we got them. Dive in everyone...
...as long as I get plenty too!
And there are still presents to open - thanks everyone - it has been a great day!

Family Photo

I love mum and dad...and I love my fingers - how can that be?

My Friend Ethan

Lets get on the road - we're ready - where are we going?Eating out - isn't this fun!

A Piñata

This is a party tradition here. So my guess is that there is a party coming soon.
Oh, I'll help you put sweets inside Dad. When can we eat them? Are they all for me?

Drama Queen

This is my "I can't go any further" pose. I strike it quite a lot, especially when I'm tired and I notice someone looking at me.

Hanging out at the MacKinnons

On the swings with Maddie and JoshieI like these noisy boys toys!
Snuggling up on the sofa to watch a movie with Ethan
These days I'm into climbing through small spaces but sometimes I completely misjudge the distance!

My New Car Seat

Good choice - this is so comfy!

Exploring in the Garden

I love being outside exploring
These things are getting in the wayEven the smallest things are so interesting
I've tasted them all and am yet to find something that tastes good!

Happy Valentine's Day

Someone who loves me got me this fabby balloon that rattles when I shake it.
I love it!Looks like everyone got one. What an action shot.
Look, there are even hearts in my bib!

Snack Time

I love feeding myself but this plate is way too clever. I can't get it off the table!

The Sandboat

Now this is interesting stuff...

Early Morning Playtime

The MacKinnons have this great toy that plays loads of tunes and is just my height but I'm confused about the last letter of the alphabet - I was sure it was 'zed' but the toy says it is 'zee'Ah well, there's still a smile on my face

They say he has white skin...

For Mr Carl

Sorry Mr Carl, mummy forgot to put this photo on.

On leaving Indiana I was so well reheared that when anyone said, "Go Colts" I would wave my arm in appropriate fashion. Here at the airport we were surrounded by merchandise (the day before the Superbowl). I was tentatively hopeful but the great thing is that they did win. Yeay - GO COLTS!!

Little Bunny

Who's that sneaking into the bedroom?

The cutest bunny ever!!

Tacos

Last night we went with the MacKinnons to try out a new taco place. It wouldn't have made any difference to me as the are all new.

I have to say I rather enjoyed it. I had a quesadilla and some corn tortilla and chicken off mummy and daddy's plates. I also had some pumpkin flower soup for lunch and that was delicious!

Maddie, Joshie and Eepie (and me, Peedie!)

Oops, there isn't a photo of Eepie and me yet. We have moved house again and these are more new friends who are always around. They seem to live in the house we moved into. But that's ok 'cause they're really good fun. They have loads of toys and are very kind and gentle with me.

What's going on?

Johani is Alex's grandaughter. She's only 4 weeks old - that's 46 weeks younger than me and look how much more hair she has!

After a long journey

So many more people to meet. We arrived in to the airport in Mexico City and there were loads of people waiting for us. It was all a little overwhelming. This is Fidel...

...this is Tia Robin...

...here are some of the people who I met first here. I don't really understand what they are saying but as long as mummy and daddy are close it's ok.
