Saying goodbye

We had a good bye party for Mr Robin and Mrs Bebe last night. There was lots of yummy food.Yes, of course I know how to use a knife and fork!
But I also know the difference between safe toys and dangerous ones and I usually go for the latter just to keep mum and dad busy!

Day of the Child

Yesterday at church we had a special program for the "Day of the Child". Daddy made me this cool doggy out of a balloon. I love doggies and I love balloons so it was a perfect present!Waiting for the program to start with my friend Samaria

Popcorn

On Saturday evening Gary came over for dinner and to do some work with mummy and daddy. He let me share some of his caramel popcorn. I like him!

More music

Mummy and Daddy got me this great tambourine with a soft chewable handle (at least that's what I think!). Now I'll be able to play along with the music in the church!

I love books

From morning to night I could quite happily sit and read books (especially while holding baby!). Tia Robin (not Miss Robin!) is recovering from surgery and she is able to sit with me. She's a teacher too so she knows all kinds of cool things!

An outing

Mummy and Miss Robin had the great idea to meet each other beside this great playframe. Always great fun, but especially with Maddie, Joshie and Eepie.

Alphabet mat

My friend Nathan got a really cool alphabet mat for Christmas which I really liked. I couldn't believe it when I got up from my nap one day and there was one just the same, only in my living room. ..and a few days later there were numbers too! Maybe Santa came early!Oooo - I see you!
Ahhh, the letters attacked me!That's better - everything under control and a lovely picnic!

Cooking with Gas

Man, I'm starving! Wish this pasta would hurry up and cook or I will eat my fingers!

Joshie's Birthday

Joshie turned 4 last week and he had a party with a great bouncy castle......and lots of balloons!
Though it was far to go...
...it was worth it to be in the centre of the action!
Joshie seemed to like our present
Talking with TaniaIt was all very tiring.
So I watched everyone bash the life out of the piƱatas while I sat with Daddy

Advances in telecommunication

I haven't got the hang of email yet but I do like to listen in when Daddy is talking on SkypeI also know what I doing with the phone. Well, I've got the actions, but not the sounds!

Dressing up already

Besides looking after baby my feminine side is also well demonstrated in my love for shoes. At this point it doesn't matter if they're princess shoes or not. I'll wear them all!

See - I have got hair!

Who needs a Van de Graff generator when you've got a slide like mine! I had my first physics lesson the other day. My conclusion, I really do have some hair (oh, and mummy's washing powder is top class)! My second Physics lesson was all about sinking and floating which we did inside.

Babies are hard work!

This is baby. I like to hold her but sometimes that's not enough......she really needs a cuddle. If she keeps crying I have to put in her dummy (soother)...
...but sometimes she's just hungry and needs some milk
It's tiring for both of us so it's good to cuddle up and watch Praise Baby (on top of mummy's ironing pile!)

Artistic...perhaps

Last week mummy gave me the opportunity to express myself artistically. It for very interesting (for a couple of minutes)
Here's my very first piece of art (mummy made the letters)!
It follows a lesson on KandinskyAnyway, I soon got bored so I went to offer my help to Daddy who was building something for his office.

Extended Easter

On Wednesday morning I was presented with a very strange and large surpriseInside was some beautiful chocolate in the shape of an eggDefinitely worth getting my teeth into straight away!
Even more surprising was that inside there was even more chocolate. I may be little but I can definitely see why this chocolate stuff is so popular!

Easter

24 of us were at the MacKinnons for a special celebration dinner. Daddy and I took some time out beforehand to rest. After dinner (and my afternoon nap) we had an easter egg hunt.
I appreciated Tia Robin's help because more eggs meant more sweeties. Some were quite hard to find like this orange dinosaur egg...
But we all got lots and had great fun too
Then as a very special treat Stephen from the team had made us pavlova - not a common desert here in Mexico!

Resurrection Sunday

Church was really special on Sunday. All the ladies were dressed in white (I don't have a white skirt!) and it was a special celebration that Jesus is alive! My friends were playing tambourines so I went over to see if they would share with me.

In the toy box

I had great fun. I love getting in boxes and baskets but to be surrounded by toys was the best!

Family Time

Last week Daddy had 2 days off language school which was great as I got to see a lot more of him. One day we checked out a little park 2 mins walk from our house.
There was a baby swing there which was great funMummy was even able to sit beside me and we went togetherThen we went on the see-saw but I don't really think I liked thatBack to the swing which was much better. Then on Friday morning very early we went for a walk. Sometimes Tia Margaret, Mummy Ginger and I go for a walk in the morning but on Friday Daddy and Tia Robin came too. Then Tia Margaret and Tia Robin came back to our house and we played. Tia Robin told mummy and daddy how to look after our raspberry bush. I hope mummy has lots of yummy recipes! On Friday afternoon we went to an amazing park. There were baby swings all over the place (but it was very busy). I wasn't interested in the ice-cream - it was too cold, but I enjoyed the stick! On Saturday we stayed home so I could get enough rest before a very busy Sunday (though we did go up to Maddie, Joshie and Eepies house for a little bit. I played and the mummies and daddies were busy getting something ready for Sunday).
