The ongoing story of my belly...
Just to keep you up to date:
The antibiotics which I had to take for the E. coli really helped but it wasn't long after I stopped taking them that I started to get yucky poos again. The doctor advised some more tests but there was nothing there. Last weekend the ladies at the church said they knew what was wrong with me. They called it 'empacho' and said they would give me medicine on Sunday. The medicine was more yucky than my poos! They also rubbed olive oil into my belly and back. By Friday my tummy felt normal again.
But today in church they gave me the medicine again. This time mummy was there to see the process. I was not happy but it is helping me to get better and I got lots of cuddles for being brave. They say I have eaten something that is sticking to my stomach and everyone blames it on the fact that I suck my fingers. Mummy says I'm going to have to stop. I have a feeling I'm not going to want to but if I don't have to take the yucky cocktail of olive oil, bicarbonate of soda and lime juice then it might be worth it!

I love you Daddy
This is the second time I've been around for Father's Day. Last year I made Daddy a secret picture of my hand and footprints. This year I got him a really great present. It's something we can do together - finger painting. We're going on holiday tomorrow and we're going to take the kit with us. I can't wait!

Guess who...
Is there someone in that baby seat? Who could it be?
Obviously someone very interesting...
Obviously someone very interesting...
...Of course - it's me! I'm much to big for the baby seat but I love chairs and I'm always surrounded by lots of kids. Which sometimes is annoying because they always want to pick me up but I'm getting used to it.
Scarce
I'm sorry, there aren't many pictures of me this week. There are lots of photos of the Drop-In Centre for the street kids as that is where the camera was!
Anyway, I hope you enjoy what is here.

Made to be up front!
Poor wee birdie!
This is one of my friends from church. We went to her house yesterday morning for a breakfast club and she showed me her birdie (I love birdies!). It fell out of it's nest 2 weeks ago before it even had feathers now it's doing much better. She had it in a little basket and was feeding it mashed up tortillas!
(I got very dirty because lots of people gave me lollies - mmmmm!)

Especially for Nonie + Papi!
Another trip to the park
Last Tuesday Mummy and Daddy took me to the park for the first time since I have started walking properly. It was so much fun. I still love the swings...
...and mummy took me down the slide a few times but there was quite a scary bump at the bottom and my hat kept falling over my eyes!
I pretended to drive Daddy in an open-topped bus...
...then took a passenger seat...
...and had great fun trying to catch a bird (but I couldn't get any of them - not even when Daddy and I chased them in my buggy (stroller)!)

And so to bed...
At last!
If you're new to my blog you my not find this interesting but some of you may have been a part of my campaign for a chair. Finally mummy bought me this very comfortable seat. I was very excited but it took a few times trying to get into it before I worked out how to without tipping it over and landing on my head. I'm still not too confident about getting out of it but that's ok - why would you want to get out of such a comfy seat?! It's perfect for watching my favourite DVD - Balamory
