Reaching new heights

Well if they will leave interesting things on the stairs then it's obvious where they'll find me!

Social butterfly

Saturday was party day for me. I was so excited, especially when I saw the bouncy castle go up next door. Finally after much waiting we were ready to go.
There were lots of fun things but waiting for the show to start was a little boring...
Just as well I had Aranza to talk to but sometimes she uses funny words
Finally it got going...
...and so did I. I completely forgot myself and was dancing and clapping like I was part of the act. If I want to win X Factor some day I've got to start practicing now.
I've now decided that hitting the piƱata is no big deal
I was really getting the hang of it by party no. 2
I'm still not too sure about the tradition of pushing the birthday person's head into the cake though. I was rather worried about that.
However, the fruit of two parties is very enjoyable...though this big bag of sweeties seems to have since disappeared. I'm still looking for it's hiding place...

While Oscar was sleeping...

A rice paper jigsaw house... but I ate it!
It's the lack of smell that gives away the fact they're not real
I thought that black olives would be nice in the cookies.
Daddy got in on the activities this week and helped me make this lovely firework picture
We planted seeds.
Hopefully soon we'll have some yummy fresh herbs.

Back to the big park

Yep, this park is a big hit! This time we went with all the missionaries and had a great afternoon.
Never mind the eggs, rolling down hills is great fun.
Where did the baby girl go to?
There's only one baby swing but Tabitha and Oscar are great sharers!
(oops - it is Amelia and not Tabitha. Thanks Tia Robin!)
And great friends!
I don't go as fast when you're hanging on too Daddy!
Tacos to end the day well.

It's a classic

This toy was Rebekah's when she was younger than Oscar (now she's 8!) but it's still a popular choice!

A special treat

On Daddy's day off we went out and Tabitha got to go on this cool train
So what special treat did I get?
Oh, don't be deceived. I just got to chew on the cup!
Maybe when I'm as big as Tabitha Mummy and Daddy will share some of the brown gold with me too.

Kids these days!

Who uses the boring telephone? We get to see the people we talk to on the computer...but they get to see us fighting for the prime spot in front of the camera!

Morning exercise

Why would you stay in the stroller when everyone else is out jogging? It looks too much like fun and I've got energy to burn!

To the doctor's

I went back to see the doctor this week. I'm still on the 25th centile for weight and the 91st for height. The doctor asked if I was eating tortillas, beans and lentils...
Well, is bread ok?

Ice cream round

Imagine Oscar's delight as he finally gets his own ice cream.
There's no chance you're getting my ice cream Tabitha!
What are you waiting for? Don't you know this stuff melts?
Yeah, but I know all too well about ice cream head!

Busy, busy, busy

Here are some of the things I got up to this week...
Mummy and I made bean bags and then used them to play some fun games...
We made clouds and then made a mess!
Matching princess aprons
I wanted to make buns for Maddie, Joshie and Eepie but they didn't last long enough! Next time we'll have to be quicker to deliver them!

Comparisons

No-one likes comparisons but mummy says she couldn't resist!
Looks like Tabitha was also prone to investigate the bottom shelf for something to eat. Five meals a day just aren't enough!
How's this for a head of hair... and did I inherit Mummy's dimples?
I'm glad of my hair. It's been getting chilly here lately.
Poor Tabitha, this is how little hair she had when she was my age!

Big Park!

Last week we went to a really big park.
So much room to move around!
Tabitha loves to climb but even this move seems a little ambitious
What have these boys started? Tabitha frequently wants to eat like a dog now!
Oscar loved the swing
It's all good exercise Barney!

A lean week

Oh dear, mummy has not been as snap happy with the camera this week...
It's not to say we didn't have fun. We went to MOPS one day and Miss Robin helped me to make this flower pen and cool holder...
I also decorated these cool glasses so I'm all ready for the opera.
We'll make sure she gets the cameras out this week.
You've gotta see how Oscar rocks back and forward when he hears music!
